yes, Fouch should not be starting as a redshirt frosh for a "major" college football team. However, whose fault is it that the backup to you redshirt sophmore is not a tad more experienced?
Yes, Ronnie is doing very, very poorly. However, it's not as though he has any sort of help; no running game, no experience, no offensive line, etc.
